In 2004, he got a job at Metro FM as a Sports Commentator and he got the same job at eNCA in 2008. In 2009, Thabiso got a job as a sports analyst for SuperSport. He also worked in the same role for Radio 2000.
He contributed greatly to the launch of the South African broadcast company Power FM in 2013. His name and career success gained him a spot as the editor for Destiny Man magazine.

Thabiso was in the team that launched South Africa’s first black-owned radio station eNCA.
He was also in the team that launched PowerFM, South Africa’s first black-owned talk radio station. He was the recipient of the SAB Journalist of the Year Award (2017 & 2018).
