Lastee (born Thulasizwe Dlamini) is an award-winning South African artist influenced by hip-hop culture. The artist has released several hits and has entertained Mzansi with good music.
Though he taught himself to do music, he is making a name for himself. To start his career in music, he used in-expensive software and computer in an informal studio.

Background
Lastee was born in Nsingweni Clinic in Eshowe, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. He was raised under the care of his mother in a musical family.
According to the artist, as far as he could remember, he has always been with his mother.

Education
The foundation of his academic pursuit lies in Vukayimbe Primary School, Nsingweni. He furthered at Zuzokuhle Primary School, Inanda, where he had his 7th grade.
For his high school education, he attended Umtapho High School in Ntuzuma D – Lindelani. He completed his studies there and matriculated.

More often, Thulasizwe uses beats of hip-hop. This makes listeners recognize his sound like hip-hop.

Lastee is a five-time Original Material Award winner in the Best Producer 2012 category.
In 2014 and 2015, he smiled home with the Metro award winner Remix of the Year.
Still, in 2014, he received a nomination for the Remix of the Year, SA Music Award.
Back in 2010 and 2011, he left the Battle of the Year as the runner-up. In 2013, he emerged the winner of the Back to the City Producer Battle.
