William Ouko (born 21 November 1962) is a 59-year-old sound Kenyan Lawyer and Jurist. The highly respected Jurist holds the position of the President of the Court of Appeal of Kenya.

Early Life
William Ouko was born on 21 November 1962 in Siaya, Kenya. He has not revealed who his parents are. But reports have it that he was raised by them. He lived with them while he grew and was a brilliant child. Ouko made his parents proud and they loved him so much.
