Regina was born on 10 October 2000 to Mr & Mrs Daniels in Asaba, Delta State. Her father Mr. Daniels is believed to hail from Ogwashi Ukwu, a town located in Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria. She is the fifth child out of six, with three older brothers, a younger sister, and an older sister.
Regina Daniels started her elementary school at Asaba Anglican Girls College before she was later admitted into Hollywood International School, where she completed her secondary education.
